The history of the company Balsts goes back 17 years, to the date of its formation, March 13th, 1992. Based on the highest standardsof client service, Balsts has grown to be one of the largest real estate agencies in Latvia. During this history, the company has successfully survived several economic emergencies, for example, the bank collapses of 1995, the Russian crisis of 1998, and internal business crises of 2003. Year in and year out, our Company has always held as its most important principle the quality of client service. In 2007 Balsts undertook a change of corporate style. The symbol of the company's identity is now the whale, representing solid and stable support. In the same year, the business moved to new central offices, and opened branches in Sigulda, Pardaugava, and Teika.
Substantial investment went into these developments, so that when the real estate national and global recession came, the owners of the company were required to make a difficult decision - to reorganise the business. Today, we offer you continuing service and support of the highest quality through our two companies Sia Balsts Expert and Sia Balsts Agents. These represent the two corporate activities, real estate agency and valuations. Both companies are united under the trade mark Balsts. We wish to thank our clients for their confidence in us.
